Absolutely everyone there was very helpful in making our conference and stay a total success.  I was delighted with:

- The venue
- The organization of our meeting room
- The helpfulness of the people taking care of us and our room during our meetings
- The well-equipped comfortable meeting rooms
- The high standard of the bedrooms
- The excellent food in the restaurant
- The helpfulness of the staff at Reception, especially the young man who managed to organise enough taxis to get 40+ people back to various train stations and Birmingham airport at short notice. The lesson learnt for me was to organise these things in advance in future!

I couldn’t fault Woodside and Sundial Group and would definitely recommend the centre to others. Thank you, we had a very successful and enjoyable conference.
