Reception Manager

Anne joined Sundial Group almost ten years ago after many years in banking; taking on a split role between reception/accounts. When she started, the business needs meant operating very few weekends. Anne began to take on a role running the accounts department as well as working part-time in reception. When a vacancy opened up, Anne was promoted to Reception Manager whilst still doing the accounts.

In 2005, she identified that the accounts role required a full-time position and gave up that side of the job fulfilling a full time Reception Manager role. The volume of guests has since increased enormously to include not only event business but Bed and Breakfast guests.

In any spare time that she does get, Anne makes the most of enjoying the company of her three children and four grandchildren. Having recently moved house, she is kept busy making her mark on the property and sorting out the 100ft garden.
