Terms and Conditions of offer

1. Promoter is Sundial Group Ltd, Highgate House, Creaton, Northampton. NN6 8NN. Registered in the UK #3432674
2. These vouchers are earned on meetings that take place within the dates detailed above.
3. To redeem any reward/offer, it must be mentioned at the time of making an initial enquiry. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to existing provisional enquiries or confirmed events.
4. There is no cash alternative to the vouchers.
5. Event Value applies to events booked at Sundial Group Venues at a DMP or CMP rate agreed with our Sales Office at the time of booking.
6. Event Value is the total before VAT is applied.
7. Events qualify if they are confirmed within seven days of the initial enquiry.
8. Vouchers will be delivered once the event has taken place.
9. This offer does not replace or supersede existing arrangements Sundial Group has with any other organisation.
10. Sundial Group reserves the right to select a different supplier on the understanding that any replacement offers a similar service, and that the vouchers are of equal value.
11. Only one voucher per event can be earned.
12. Participants will be responsible for any personal tax liability that may arise as a result of accepting a reward.
13. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
