Indoor Teamscapes Launched

We are delighted to announce the launch of three superb indoor team building activities to join the 12 outdoor exercises that currently comprise Teamscapes®. They will be ready to go for the start of 2007 in all our venues.

Designed to challenge the brain, not the body, outdoor Teamscapes have been a key feature of our four venues for many years and, through a partnership developed through the International Association of Conference Centres, have even been licensed to a group of venues in Australia. The addition of the new indoor activities complements the existing offering perfectly.  Each one uses a set of 36 ‘blocks' crafted from fine English hardwood to simulate business situations in a non-threatening environment so that organisations can identify key skills and characteristics that may have gone previously unnoticed, or tackle specific issues that arise in the workplace.

We developed the activities in association with Wizards Network, a group of 200+ like-spirited, out-of-the-ordinary people who bring business development know-how to stimulate growth, performance and joy at work.  We met at the 2005 World of Learning Conference and Exhibition, so it was only fitting that the fruits of our labours were debuted at the 2006 event, with live demonstrations within the Experiential Learning Zone and aboard our ‘Chudbus'.
