Our bedrooms are ready for check-in from 1.30pm, and check-out time is 10:00am on weekdays, 10.30am on weekends and bank holidays. Late check-out may be arranged on-request, subject to availability.
Bedrooms feature shower, bath or both, and feature toiletries from the Gilchrist and Soame's ‘BeeKind' toiletry range, Free & unlimited WiFi, television (with laptop connectivity), direct-dial telephone (charges detailed in your bedroom), iron with ironing board, hot-drink making facilities and bottled mineral water.

Disabled facilities are available at Woodside - please telephone Reception before you arrive to ensure we allocate a suitable bedroom. If you are coming as part of a conference, please ensure your organiser is aware of your needs.
Breakfast is a full English and Continental buffet served from 07:00 until 10:00
(09.00 on weekdays) in the Orchard Restaurant. If you need to leave us especially
early, please ask if you would like a continental breakfast tray prepared for you.
Lunch is an extensive hot and cold buffet selection, including homemade soup, salads, daily specials, healthy options and delcicious desserts. Served between 12:30 -14:00 in the Orchard Restaurant.
Dinner is available either in The Orchard Restaurant, if you wish to enjoy the seasonal special table d'hote menu or, for a more relaxed dining experience, the Lounge Menu is available in the Mulberry Brasserie, featuring lighter meals and pub classics such as homemade British Beef Burgers. Table booking is strongly advised for the Orchard Restaurant, please contact reception to book a table.
Private dining rooms are also available for larger groups wishing to enjoy their meal in a private room. (Please note that conference groups may have made special dining arrangements.)
All food served at Woodside is prepared using high quality ingredients. We are proud to guarntee that we only ever use Free-Range eggs, fish from sustainable sources and Red Tractor Accredited chicken. Our chefs always give preference to British meat, seasonal vegetables and produce from local suppliers wherever possible.
Guests at Woodside have exclusive access to our leisure facilities. These include an indoor swimming pool, air-conditioned fitness suite, sauna, tennis court, croquet lawn, boules, nine-hole 'pitch'n'putt' golf and a games room with Wii console. You are advised to bring suitable clothing should you wish to use the leisure facilities. Tennis balls and racquets, mountain bikes and helmets as well as footballs for five-a-side, are available to borrow from Reception. Fresh white towels and toiletries from the Gilchrist and Soame's ‘BeeKind' toiletry range are provided in the nearby changing rooms.
We are also able to boast being within a half-hour drive of six local golf courses.
The Bar is open from 16.30, which offers guests the chance to unwind in a
relaxing environment. The bar serves a large range of beverages, inlcuding locally
brewed beer. The plasma screen in the bar shows sports matches.
Free and unlimited WiFi is available throughout the venue.
- Smoking: Our bedrooms are non-smoking, as is every public area inside the venue. There is a sheltered designated smoking area outside.
- First Aid: A qualified first-aider is always on-site.
- Security: While you are at Woodside you will be required to wear a visitor's badge. Our quiet countryside location means security risks are low, but we remain vigilant nonetheless.
