Sophie Simpson

Business Development Manager

After graduating from university, Sophie spent a couple of seasons working as a Holiday Rep in France. She then went on to hold a couple of positions including Reception Manager and Conference Sales Manager, always within the hospitality industry, prior to joining Sundial in February 2006 as Business Development Manager.

Most of Sophie's spare time is taken up by running after her twin children, and keeping them out of trouble. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time swimming, going to the gym and mountain biking. She states, "I also love a good book - especially whilst on a sunny beach on holiday!"
