Paul Williams

General Manager

Paul joined Sundial Group in 2006 following a career in management in the hotel trade. He spent ten years as General Manager in a 4* Manor Hotel near Warwick, prior to occupying the same position at Woodside. Paul’s experience includes roles in various four/five star hotels located in Central London and the South East. His early career saw him travelling abroad to gain overseas’ experience upon graduating, spending a year in Switzerland and a further six months in Hamburg.

Paul describes the best part of his job as the variety, “Everyday is different- I get to meet and work with so many different people; you have to be constantly thinking and your mind has to be constantly active.”

Outside work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, and is father of two. As much of his work-life is spent indoors, walking, bird-watching and outdoor activities are amongst his list of hobbies.
