Debbie joined Highgate House taking responsibility for the Housekeeping Department in March 2005. She has since become responsible for the cleanliness around the property, and ensuring that each guest’s stay is comfortable and that they have everything that they need. Prior to joining the team at Sundial, Debbie’s career saw her working as a chef in a pub and also in a Stud Farm looking after race horses and their foals. Debbie’s hobbies include horse riding, travelling (she wants to next visit Peru), reading, and eating out.
