Alistair joined Sundial Group in 1998 as a Conference Services Assistant and, in January 2004, became Reception & Conference Services Manager at Barnett Hill.

With a love for variety in his role, Alistair's responsibilities range from managing the reception and conference services department to overseeing the night teams within Barnett Hill.  He says the secret to making all things run smoothly is to approach each day with a positive attitude, and to deal in solutions, not problems.

Outside of work, Alistair enjoys nothing more than to travel and also likes camping in the great outdoors.  Helping others to have a good time, he is involved with a charity that runs fishing days for people with disabilities.
