News: Woodside awarded ‘Highly Commended’ accreditation by BDRC Continental

Sundial Group's conference venue in Warwickshire, Woodside, has been ‘Highly Commended' by BDRC Continental's VenueVerdict for delivering consistently exceptional customer service in 2012.
BDRC Continental is the UK's largest market research consultancy, and their VenueVerdict survey featured just less than 400 meeting venues and hotels across the UK and Ireland.
The VenueVerdict accreditation is based on 12 months' of customer feedback, with venues achieving a Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from 40 or more responses a year.
Woodside's Manager, Jerry Toth, said; "We are delighted Woodside has achieved ‘Highly Commended' accreditation by BDRC Continental. And given that the award is the result of consistent feedback from our business conference customers makes it all the more rewarding."
