16 Jan 2014

Sundial Group is delighted to announce it has been shortlisted for 9 awards in the highly regarded 2014 Meetings and Incentive Travel Awards (M&IT).

Nominations gained are for:

  • ‘Best Value for Money Conference Venue' for Highgate House, Barnett Hill and Woodside.
  • ‘Best UK Management Training Centre' for Highgate House, Barnett Hill and Woodside.
  • ‘Best Conference and Banqueting Staff' for Highgate House and Woodside.
  • ‘Best Venue Group Meeting Product' for Sundial Group.

The M&IT Industry Awards recognise and reward excellence and are the result of customer voting, in particular event organisers. Votes are audited and verified by the independent Audit Bureau of Circulations. The M&IT Awards programme is the oldest in the meetings arena and sets the standard for the industry.

Jo Chudley, Sundial Group's Marketing Director said:

"Being shortlisted in each of these categories demonstrates how highly Sundial Group is regarded by its customers in providing dedicated meeting environments. The nominations also help give our prospective customers the confidence that they will be choosing the very best for their event."

The final results will be announced at a Gala Presentation Dinner on 25th February 2014 at Battersea Evolution in London and is expected to be attended by over 1000 industry professionals.

Tim Chudley, Sundial Group's Managing Director said:

"We are absolutely delighted to be nominated nine times in this year's M&IT Awards, our highest ever number of nominations in any awards programme. The nominations are fantastic recognition of our standing amongst UK meeting planners and we'd like to thank everyone who took the time to vote for us. We are very much looking forward to this prestigious industry event and hope for great success on the night."
