News: Highgate House Hosts Charity Challenge Launch Event

Recently Highgate House, Sundial's Northamptonshire events venue, proudly hosted the launch event for Sue Ryder's first ever Northamptonshire Big Wigs Business Challenge. The challenge which was launched on Thursday 22nd September sets 9 Northamptonshire business people the task of turning £50 into as much money as possible in four months.
Representing a diverse range of companies from Recruitment Agency's to Chemical Pump manufactures, the Big Wigs will spend the next four months showing their entrepreneurial skills to make as much money as they can to hand over to Sue Ryder.
Seven of the nine Big Wigs attended the launch event at Northampton meeting venue Highgate House on Thursday (22nd September) to receive their £50 from Regional Corporate Fundraising Manager Emma Long who said: "We have a great group of Big Wigs and I am really looking forward to working with all them over the next four months."
The nine will be competing to see who gains the most money and has the most innovative ideas.
Emma added "It is very exciting, it is our first Big Wigs Business Challenge in Northamptonshire. The challenge has run for five years in Peterborough, and 36 teams have raised over £100,000 for the charity."
The Big Wigs are: Helen Thorne from the Business Club - Peterborough, Simon Cox from Get Embroidered Limited, Simon Hodges from Key Security, Kevin Whitehorn from PA Technologies, Paul Bush The Big Phat Print Company, Ashley Fenn & Andy Steele form CDR Pumps (UK) Ltd, Ben Thomas from BNI Wellingborough, Tracy Stephen at Optimise Recruitment Ltd and Brain Wrigley from Networking Northmapton.
