News: Best Value for Money Venue Group 2009

Meeting venue customers have placed Sundial Group top of the league for value for money meeting facilities, according to BDRC's VenueVerdict survey. This is the second consecutive year that Sundial has been rated best value for money.
VenueVerdict is an independently-administered customer feedback and benchmarking programme which surveys customers immediately following their event. This particular table ranks venue groups according to how much value customers feel they receive for their money. Some of the UK's best-known hotel brands and conference centre groups (both residential and non-residential) participate in the programme, with this year's result derived from over 9,800 total customer responses across approximately 180 venues.
Tim Chudley, Sundial's managing director, has long been an advocate of VenueVerdict. "The only way you can be sure that you're doing the right things is if your customers tell you. VenueVerdict allows us to see where we do well and also shows us how we perform relative to our competitors.
