Case Study: Northamptonshire Grammar School
A local Grammar School recenty held an ice breaking and teambuilding day for their sixth form at Highgate House, with great success. The aim of the event was to break down any barriers among the pupils within the school, specifically focusing on relationships between upper and lower sixth form and between English and Chinese pupils.
The Head of Sixth Form at the school organised the event, Sundial Learning was chosen because of its professional approach and their highly recommended Teamscapes teambuilding solutions. The ideal location of Sundial Group's Northamptonshire venue, Highgate House made the perfect venue for the event.
During the teambuilding day pupils took part in the Blockheads ice breaker and then went on take part in three of a selection of four Teamscapes activities, Moonstone, Crossover, Electric Fence and Minutes to Zero. The day was concluded with bringing together all of the pupils on site at Northamptonshire Grammar School where they all took part in an adapted version of the innovative culinary team building activity an Cocktail Challenge.
