The Terrace Restaurant

The Terrace Restaurant is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant located in the heart of the main building of Highgate House.

The restaurant seats up to 150 guests and is light and airy, with comfortable seating and a feature wine wall which showcases a wide range of available wines. Our award-winning chef and his team take their food influences from Europe to offer modern cuisine taking advantage of local and seasonal produce throughout the year. Never sitting still, the restaurant is busy from morning through to night. Overnight guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet with their eggs cooked as specified, to order. Lunch buffets are later served with plenty of options, and there is always a vegetarian alternative on offer. Evening dining at The Terrace is always a special event with the restaurant looking particularly luxurious and inviting when lit up at night.

A restaurant with a conscience, we only ever use free-range local eggs, fish from sustainable sources and Red Tractor Accredited chicken. Preference is always given to British meat, Fair-Trade products, seasonal vegetables and local produce wherever possible. We always use high quality ingredients so that we can ensure that we consistently serve high quality, delicious meals.

The Terrace Restaurant is a breath of fresh air away from Northampton town centre and its idyllic countryside location eliminates all the hassle involved with driving into town and parking, with free parking available for all guests. The Terrace Restaurant is also fully wheelchair accessible.

Traditional Sunday Lunches

The Terrace Restaurant is open every Sunday, serving traditional Sunday Carvery lunches from 12.30pm. A sample menu can be viewed here.

Terrace Restaurant Rewards Scheme

For our regular diners, we have a restaurant rewards scheme. The scheme is free to join and offers members the opportunity to gain reward points every time they dine in the restaurant. Points are earned for each £50 you spend. Members also receive news of special offers including discounts and dates when they can earn double points.
