Teamscapes Team Building Exercises
Addresses: team working, co-operation, collaboration,
analytical problem solving, leadership, co-ordination and communication
Labyrinth
- Complexity: 10/10
- Target completion time: 90 minutes
A crystal ball lies within a maze. The task is to return the crystal to a container that is protected by a metal cage. The team has a map.
A key lies inaccessibly at the bottom of a narrow pipe. There is a locked steel box. A well containing water is just out of reach. Equipment is located within the maze but labyrinth protocol restricts its movement and use. The challenge is to understand the system, define the problem, and co-ordinate activity on sub-tasks to resource the final problem of returning the crystal.
Addresses: team working, co-operation, collaboration, analytical problem solving, leadership, co-ordination and communication.
