However things get complicated as customer orders begin to roll in. Fulfilling the orders to a high standard increases the value of the company, but may demand a personal reduction in the number of shares held by individuals. Balancing the needs of the individual with those of the organisation and the customers must be done carefully in order to maximise the final score.
