Teamscapes Packages

There are three ways to book Teamscapes, allowing you to choose whether to run the activity yourself, or to appoint an external consultant.

These are;

• Guided; accompanied by a Sundial Guide (if required)
  
• Fully Facilitated; where your event is managed by an external consultant you source
  
• EDI Accredited Programme; which requires an assessed 'Accredited Teamscapes Facilitator'
  

Teamscapes events first require you to book a meeting at one of our venues on any of our meeting packages.  The prices shown at the bottom of this page are then applied.

Guided

You will be supplied with a Facilitator's Pack that contains Facilitator Notes, Team Brief Documents, Observation Sheets, Review Forms and any other material relevant to the activity.  Activity stations and/or meeting rooms will be set up ready for your arrival.  Some helpful overview guidelines for running the activities can be found here.

Plus...

• A Sundial Guide will greet you on arrival, and will lead you and your group to the activity.
• The Guide's role is to support the member of your group who will be facilitating the activity.
• The Guide can keep time and enforce the rules, but cannot offer advice beyond the actual running of the activity.
• The Guide will return you to your meeting room and leave you to carry out any debriefing with your team.
  

If you are experienced at running these events, you may choose not to use our Guide, or to dismiss them once you have started the activity.  Our complimentary Teamscapes Open Days will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to run these events for yourself.  Please click here for the forthcoming event dates. 

Please note that for health, safety and hygiene reasons, Culinary Activities must be supervised by the Sundial Guide. 

Fully Facilitated

• Your activity and debrief is managed by an external facilitator.
• We will be happy to supply a list of facilitators who are experienced in using Teamscapes. To get the best out of the activity, we recommend that you only use a consultant who has experience of the activities, or has attended one of our Open Days.
• You then negotiate fees with facilitators and book them directly.

EDI Accredited Programme

Our Accredited Programme can only be delivered by a Facilitator who is experienced in using Teamscapes AND has undergone a one-day assessment delivered by Sundial Group.  (A list will be supplied upon request).  Please click here for full details of our accredited programme.

The Accredited Programme requires two outdoor activities plus two structured debriefing sessions.

Prices for Guided Teamscapes Activities

First you must book a meeting on one of our meeting packages, then...

Indoor and Outdoor Teamscapes

• £250 per guided activity, per session.
  (£200 if unguided, but we recommend you only choose this if you are familiar with running that specific Teamscapes activity)
  

Culinary Teamscapes

• Canape Challenge; £250 set-up plus £200 per workstation (maximum of four participants per workstation)
  
• Cocktail Challenge; £150 set-up plus £150 per workstation (maximum of eight participants per workstation).
• Teamcakes; £250 set-up plus £150 per workstation (maximum of three participants per workstation)
  

All subject to VAT at the current prevailing rate.

Price for EDI Accredited Programme

• £15 per person in addition to the Sundial Meeting Package, two (unguided) Teamscapes activities and the fee you negotiate with an Accreditated Teamscapes Facilitator.
