Teamscapes is a series of dynamic, innovative team building solutions. By simulating real work place issues in the non-threatening environment of a private conference venue, Teamscapes enables participants to gain learning that can be transferred back to the workplace.
Information about each specific activity is at the bottom of this page.
We have twelve different outdoor activities across our conference centres. Occupying fixed activity stations within our grounds, they have been carefully designed, intricately conceived and precisely built. Each activity has many solutions, and allows people of all physical abilities to play a part and contribute to the team - they are not strenuous or risky, nor are they a test of strength. The team that works together effectively will be successful. Successful completion of any two outdoor Teamscapes activities and a debriefing/analysis session (under the auspices of an Accredited Teamscapes Facilitator) can earn participants a nationally recognised award - see accreditations for details and prices.

Our indoor activities use the same set of 36 handcrafted hardwood blocks to create three unique scenarios, each with a number of challenges to solve. The indoor activities are especially good at honing teams' abilities to understand and work collaboratively within resource constraints.
Our culinary activities may seem, at first glance, less serious than our others - but nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, they test timing, planning, task allocation, creativity, resource planning, invention, working under pressure and the ability to trust one another as you collaborate towards a common goal. They also promote empathy, understanding and tolerance. At the end of each activity, the results are assessed by a Sundial Chef who pours a large measure of fun into the culinary learning (as well as adding a pinch of competition!)
