Food is taken very seriously at Sundial Group venues. We believe that a great event requires great food, and our award-winning chefs have the expertise and the approach to deliver that every time. No matter what the focus or theme of the event, the Sundial team, under the guidance of Jerry Toth, our award-winning Executive Chef and Operations Director, will produce amazing results.
Fresh, local produce
Each of our kitchens is individually accredited by the Vegetarian Society. This means that the Vegetarian options we provide are prepared with the same care and thought as anything else on the menu. We don’t simply “make one without the meat”. In fact, with a little notice, our kitchen can accommodate ANY dietary requirement, so if you are due to come and visit us anytime soon, you can relax knowing you will be able to enjoy mealtimes just like everyone else.
Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet allows you to have as much or as little of whatever gets the engine running in the morning. The continental selection includes cereals, pastries and freshly-brewed coffee, while over at the hot-plate you'll find a full English breakfast and the option of toast and preserves. Fresh fruit and yoghurts are also available.
Lunch Buffet
Guests at lunchtime have an extensive hot and cold buffet from which to choose, with desserts and cheeses to follow. In addition to offering a Vegetarian hot choice, we
also offer a healthier alternative to the main meat dish. Sometimes it is a leaner cut, perhaps a pasta dish, or even a fish alternative, but it could equally be another meat-free choice. One thing is certain; it will be just as tasty. As well as these hot dishes we offer a minimum of 10 salad choices at lunchtime – plus sliced meats and a vegetarian soup. Our lunch buffet is substantial, but the food is not too heavy, so no matter how large the lunch, your afternoon session will not be lost on sleepy delegates!
Continuous Coffee Breaks
Our Complete Meeting Package allows for continous coffee breaks throughout the day. At our break stations you can choose from a wide range of hot drinks, as well as fresh fruit, biscuits, chocolate and cake in the afternoon. Sundial Group is proud to serve Fairtrade tea and coffee.
Evening Meal
Our table d'hote evening menus are where our chefs have the opportunity to shine - putting together tantalising courses with superb combinations of taste and flavour. High quality food in incredible surroundings is best accompanied with a fantastic glass of wine, and our carefully-selected list will not disappoint.
