Inclusive Meeting Packages from Sundial Venues

Sundial Group's inclusive approach to meeting venue pricing allows you to relax in the knowledge that there'll be no nasty surprises when you receive your invoice. Unlike venues that don't focus on conferencing and training, we won't charge extra for another tea break or a few extra flipcharts. You'll find this flexible attitude also extends to the timings and the general arrangements of your day. Subject to availability, special rates may be offered at weekends or to not-for-profit organisations.

Day Meeting Package (DMP)

• Use of a suitably sized meeting room, featuring natural daylight, high-quality furniture, bottled mineral water and data projector
• Free WiFi access in meeting rooms and public areas
• Meeting room consumables and support from a specialist Conference Services team
• Placecards, paper pads, pencils, stationery ‘toolkit’, direct-dial phone
• Unlimited refreshments throughout the day (including tea, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits, cakes)
• Extensive four-course hot and cold buffet lunch with healthy and vegetarian options
• Unrestricted access to the venue’s leisure facilities
• Goody bags upon departure and free delegate parking

Syndicate/Breakout rooms

• Up to 15 delegates: one syndicate room included
• More than 15 delegates: two syndicate rooms included

Complete Meeting Package (CMP)

Our Complete Meeting Package includes all of the Day Meeting Package items, plus:

• Four-course table d’hôte dinner
  
• Free WiFi access in bedrooms
• Overnight accommodation in a beautifully decorated en-suite bedroom
• Full English and continental buffet breakfast

Evening Meeting Package

Our Evening Meeting Package is ideal for client events and pharmaceutical briefing meetings.  It is available from 5pm and includes:

• Use of a suitably sized meeting room, featuring natural daylight, high-quality furniture, bottled mineral water and data projector
• Free WiFi access in meeting rooms and public areas
• Meeting room consumables and support from a specialist Conference Services team
• Placecards, paper pads, pencils, stationery ‘toolkit', direct-dial phone
• Unlimited refreshments for the duration of the event (including tea, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits, cakes.  Alcoholic beverages by arrangement)
• Free delegate parking and included syndicate/breakout room as-per the Day Meeting Package
• Networking Dinner - this comprises miniature portions of meals presented in hand-held bowls served on large trays by staff who circulate the room while your delegates interact.

Green Meeting Package Option

At no additional cost you may choose to make your meeting more environmentally friendly by opting for our Greener Meeting Package. It includes all of the items listed above, but with the modifications specified below:

• Instead of bottled mineral water at each place setting, delegates are supplied with jugs of iced tap water.
• Notepaper and pens/pencils are available for delegates to help themselves if required, rather than at every place setting.
• Delegates who travel by public transport or who car-share earn a credit of £5.00 that can be spent in our bar upon production of a valid receipt/ticket at check-in.
• We will pay to offset the carbon emitted by our venue resulting from hosting your event.
