Are you looking for the perfect venue for your next weekend conference or group retreat?

With beautiful countryside locations, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire, are perfect for your group event, and we can help make it all the more special with our private dining rooms and award-winning food.

Our overnight package includes:

  • A meeting or conference room (chosen with your group’s specific requirements in mind)
  • Unlimited, free Wi-Fi
  • A two-course buffet lunch
  • Unlimited tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits
  • Homemade cakes in the afternoon
  • Stationery (available on request)
  • A delicious dinner in our restaurant (choose from a set 3 course menu or give your guests the choice on the night and select a 2 course dinner)
  • Overnight accommodation (savings available for twin or double occupancy)
  • A full English and continental buffet breakfast the next morning
  • Use of our leisure facilities including a swimming pool and gym

We love hosting groups of people, we’ve been doing it for 50 years now and pride ourselves on our personal service and attention to detail.   • An upgrade to a private dining room for your group on the first night – perfect if you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to dine in privacy.

Cancellation flexibility

We understand numbers change as your event gets closer so we are flexible – up to 20% of your contracted delegate numbers can remain provisional until two weeks prior to your event.

Our Conference Services team (who have won many awards for their excellent customer service) are always on hand to help you with any support you need before and during your event.

Flexible dining

Our evening menus are where our chefs have the opportunity to shine, putting together tantalising courses with superb combinations of taste and flavour. Plus we don’t require a pre-order for numbers under 60 – allowing everyone to decide freely on the day.

The Sundial Chudbus

Our iconic red routemaster “Chudbus” has been restored and upgraded and can now be hired as a syndicate room or even as a private bar!
