Sundial Group on Skype
What is Skype?
Skype is 'free internet telephony that just works'. PC users with the appropriate software can talk to each other for free from anywhere in the world.
How do I get the software?
Simply download it from skype.com.
Can I call regular telephones?
Yes, but you'd need to purchase credit
Can regular phones call me?
Yes, but you need to purchase a 'SkypeIn' number.
How do I contact Sundial Group?
After you've downloaded the software and created your identity, simply search SkypeUsers for sundialgroup and add us to your contacts. We reserved a few entries relevant to our business (before someone else did), but the one we currently monitor is 'sundialgroup'. If this proves popular, we'll enable the rest of them.
Please be a little patient with us while we trial the system (what Google would call 'Beta'). At the moment calls come through to the Marketing Department, rather than the venue Sales Offices, so we may not be able to check live availability, but we can certainly answer any questions you may have and record your requirements so we can get back to you.
The Skypeline is ordinarily monitored between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. If we cannot answer the 'phone', we have a voicemail account so please do leave us a message.
