If you find the same room, at the same venue, on the same night advertised at a lower price on another publicly available website, we will refund the difference and include a bottle of champagne in your bedroom with our compliments.
To claim this, there are certain conditions, which are outlined below.
- You must have already confirmed your room using www.sundialgroup.com.
- The room type, overall package (i.e bed and breakfast / dinner, bed and breakfast) date of stay and duration of stay on the third-party site must match exactly that which you have booked.
- You will need to post a printout of your confirmation document from Sundial Group, a screen print of the final stage of the booking process from the third party site and your full contact details (name, address, telephone) to:
