Sundial Recognised for Gold Standard Customer Service for 3rd Year in a Row
Highgate House, Northamptonshire, Woodside, Warwickshire
Sundial Group’s two meeting venues, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire have both been awarded ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation' by BDRC Continental for delivering consistently exceptional customer service in 2016.
This is the third year running that Highgate House and Woodside have achieved the Gold Accreditation which is as a result of positive customer feedback.
BDRC Continental is the UK’s largest market research consultancy, and their VenueVerdict survey featured around 360 meeting venues and hotels across the UK and Ireland.
