Sundial Kicks Off the Year with Gold for Customer Service

Sundial Group’s two meeting venues, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire, have started the year successfully being awarded ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation' by BDRC Continental for providing excellent customer service.
The accreditation, which is based on customer feedback results from April 2016 to March 2017, is testament to the group’s ongoing dedication to providing an exceptional service at its meeting venues.
BDRC Continental is the UK’s largest independent market research consultancy, and their VenueVerdict survey featured around 350 venues across the UK and Ireland. Highgate House and Woodside were amongst 53 venues that achieved the Gold Standard.
Some of the comments which contributed to the accreditations include:
