This Meeting In A Box features our Greener Meeting Package. It includes all of the items listed in our Complete Meeting Package, but with the modifications specified below:

• Instead of bottled mineral water at each place setting, delegates are supplied with jugs of iced tap water.
• Notepaper and pens/pencils are available for delegates to help themselves if required, rather than at every place setting.
• Delegates who travel by public transport or who car-share earn a credit of £5.00 that can be spent in our bar upon production of a valid receipt/ticket at check-in.
• We will pay to offset the carbon emitted by our venue resulting from hosting your event.
