Evening Meeting Package

Our Evening Meeting Package is ideal for client events and pharmaceutical briefing meetings. It is available from 5pm.

Package Inclusions

* Use of a suitably sized meeting room, featuring natural daylight, high-quality furniture, bottled mineral water and data projector
* Free WiFi access in meeting rooms and public areas
* Meeting room consumables and support from a specialist Conference Services team
* Placecards, paper pads, pencils, stationery ‘toolkit', direct-dial phone
* Unlimited refreshments for the duration of the event (including tea, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits, cakes. Alcoholic beverages by arrangement)
* Free delegate parking and included syndicate/breakout room as-per the Day Meeting Package
* Networking Dinner - this comprises miniature portions of meals presented in hand-held bowls served on large trays by staff who circulate the room while your delegates interact.
