Sundial Venues' inclusive approach to meeting venue pricing allows you to relax in the knowledge that there'll be no nasty surprises when you receive your invoice. Unlike venues that don't focus on conferencing and training, we won't charge extra for another tea break or a few extra flipcharts. You'll find this flexible attitude also extends to the timings and the general arrangements of your day. Subject to availability, special rates may be offered at weekends or to not-for-profit organisations.

• Use of a suitably-sized meeting room, featuring natural daylight, high-quality furniture, bottled mineral water, flipchart, data projector and screen
