Teamscapes is a series of dynamic, innovative team building activities and solutions designed to challenge the brain, not the body. At Highgate House there is a choice of ten teambuilding activities (three indoor, seven outdoor), each of which addresses a slightly different area of team dynamics.

By simulating real working situations in the non-threatening environment of a private conference venue, Teamscapes allows participants to transfer off-site learning back to the workplace. Successful completion of a special programme, comprising two outdoor team building activities with a debrief, can even earn them a nationally accredited award.  Teamscapes are perfect examples of experiential learning; by completing our team building activities, participants learn by doing - acquiring valuable skills and insights that will develop their abilities.
