Rachael joined Highgate House in November 2009 as a sales consultant having previously worked in the UK and in Las Vegas within the events industry.  Rachael was introduced to the hospitality sector through various different waitressing roles before undertaking a BSc International Hospitality Business Management at Sheffield Hallam University.

Rachael enjoys making sure that every event she is part of is tailor-made to individuals' needs and is able to draw on the knowledge that she has gained through her experience in events to do so. Outside of work Rachael enjoys traveling and socialising and is a big football fan.
