Claire was introduced to the hospitality industry through roles in waitressing and the bar in various hotels and restaurants before starting at Reception at Highgate House in May 2003. She joined as part of a full time placement for a Hospitality Management HND at Leicester College.

She continued to work at the property part-time whilst completing the course and then also whilst undertaking a Top Up degree (BA Hons Business Management) at Northampton University.

Claire subsequently joined the sales team on a part time basis in December 2004 before becoming a full-time sales consultant upon completion of her studies in the spring of 2005. Claire was promoted to Senior Sales Consultant in 2008, Assistant Sales Manager in 2010 and more recently she was promoted to Sales Manager of Highgate House in July 2011.

When not at work, Claire enjoys fine dining, reading and maintaining her fitness. She is a big rugby fan, and supporter of Northampton Saints.
