Highgate House Leisure Facilities
At Highgate House, guests will find a range of leisure facilities which include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, floodlit all-weather tennis and extensive gardens and grounds.
The swimming pool is open from 06:00 - 22:00 and is a great way to chill out, cool down or work out. Guests at Highgate House enjoy unrestricted access to the pool, and towels are provided in the nearby changing room. Likewise the well-equipped fitness room.

The games area, just next door to the main bar, includes a pool table, table-tennis table, board games, table football and satellite television. The bar itself is available for delegates to unwind over a drink or two; but is perhaps not as healthy an option as the rest of the activities at Highgate House.
Outdoor pursuits include tennis (court also available for 5-a-side football), croquet and walking in the grounds. Groups wishing to organise activities within our gardens should contact the Sales Office by emailing highgate@sundialgroup.com.

Perhaps a Teamscapes exercise could be a good activity for a group looking to unwind? Although they are designed to enhance specific business skills, ignoring certain rules and turning the occasional 'blind eye' makes them ideal for an icebreaker or a 'filler' session.
