The Floyd Suite is the second largest meeting room at Highgate House, with an overall floor area of 144m² and the ability to host 132 delegates in a theatre layout and 80 delegates in a cabaret layout. Located in an entirely separate building, Floyd boasts its own selection of bedrooms, in addition to a private patio terrace area. This is an ideal space for delegates to step out and enjoy the fresh air, or equally to enjoy refreshments during the summer months. For more scheduled break-outs, the Floyd Suite is home to three dedicated syndicate rooms, two of which are accessible from the main meeting room and one with its own independent entrance. Each of these syndicate rooms can hold at least 8 people in a boardroom style. Toilets are also located within the Floyd building, contributing to its self-contained atmosphere. Floyd sits adjacent to the main Car Park at Highgate House, guaranteeing incredibly easy access. Equally, Reception is only a few yards away, making the transit time from registration to meeting as short as possible.  Floyd presents itself as an extremely versatile meeting room, capable of accommodating an array of seating arrangements and host to state of the art facilities. With three out of four walls hosting large windows or patio doors, it offers abundant natural daylight, whilst high quality curtains allow the room to be blacked out for presentations. .

All of the meeting rooms at Highgate House conference centre in Northamptonshire offer natural daylight, obstruction-free views, high quality furniture, free WiFi access and a data projector in the conference room.  The meeting facilities are accredited to the high standards demanded by Conference Centres of Excellence and by the UK Chapter of the International Association of Conference Centres.
