The Coote Conference Suite is the largest meeting space at Highgate House, boasting the ability to host a maximum of 240 delegates when arranged in a theatre layout and a total floor area of 242 m². A soundproof partition can divide the room into two smaller halves, which can seat 95 and 55 delegates in theatre layouts respectively. Located on the ground floor, the Coote Suite affords views of the tennis court on one side and the picturesque lawns to the rear of the Main House on the other. Both settings can be accessed from the French doors that run along two parallel sides of the room, providing natural daylight in abundance and the opportunity to step outside in the warmer months. Whether your meeting is arranged for 240 delegates in a theatre style or for 110 delegates in a cabaret style, Coote provides the ideal meeting space, and with six dedicated syndicate rooms upstairs, it is ideal when used as a central base before dispersing into smaller groups. Adjacent to Coote is the Conservatory, which functions perfectly as a reception and registration area for your delegates, or equally as a private area to enjoy morning and afternoon refreshments.
