36for8 - The Sundial Group Cookbook In November 2005 we were delighted to be the first conference centre group to launch a stylish recipe book for home entertaining.

Based on the award winning cuisine offered by our four venues, 36forEight is a collection of recipes created by Sundial’s skilled chefs, who are passionate about food and committed to ensuring that everyone who dines at a Sundial venue enjoys a memorable meal. My head chefs and I use only the best quality ingredients, as we believe fresh food is healthier and tastes better.
