We have also a unique, innovative meeting package concept especially for planners looking for a quick, easy and cost effective way to arrange a meeting that includes teambuilding and/or entertainment.  Our Meeting in a Box also has an environmentally-themed option; aimed at companies looking to promote their CSR agenda within their workforce.

Sundial Group's inclusive approach to meeting venue pricing allows you to relax in the knowledge that there'll be no nasty surprises when you receive your invoice. Unlike venues that don't focus on conferencing and training, we won't charge extra for another tea break or a few extra flipcharts. You'll find this flexible attitude also extends to the timings and the general arrangements of your day. Subject to availability, special rates may be offered at weekends or to not-for-profit organisations.
