Tim Hall

General Manager

Tim Hall is General Manager at Barnett Hill having joined Sundial Group in September 2005.  He originally began working in the hospitality industry at the age of 14 assisting with the running of his mother’s restaurant in Sheffield.  Early in his career Tim spent 4½ years at sea with P&O Cruises as an Officer within the Purser’s Department on various cruise ships.  The majority of Tim’s subsequent experience has been in the hotel industry managing a number of independently-owned properties both large and small in and around the South East. Most of these had significant conferencing facilities as well as quality fine dining restaurant operations.

Like his colleagues, Tim cares greatly about the environment and managing Barnett Hill with its stunning setting and wonderful grounds he is committed to ensuring that the quality of the property and its surroundings are consistently maintained and improved upon wherever possible. 

Outside of work, Tim lives in Midhurst, West Sussex and is married to Anita with two children Mitchell aged 14 and Jessica aged 7.  For his sins he is a life long Sheffield Wednesday supporter.  He is a keen skier and enjoys keeping fit, using the gym facilities at Barnett Hill six days out of seven.
