Nearest Train Stations:

• Guildford (15 minutes): either connects non-stop to (or connects non-stop to stations that connect non-stop to) London, Portsmouth, Brighton, Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport (via RailAir Coach)

Taxis:

• Please call Reception, who will be happy to arrange for a taxi to meet you at the station/airport and advise of price.

Car Parking:

• Ample free parking is available on-site.

Bedrooms (see ‘Accommodation’)

Check-in/Check-out times:

Our bedrooms are ready for check-in from 2pm, and check-out time is 9:00am. Late check-out may be arranged on-request, subject to availability. 

Facilities:

En-suite bathroom, Free WiFi, White Company toiletries, 19' plasma-screen television (with laptop connectivity), direct-dial telephone (charges detailed in your bedroom), iron with ironing board, hot-drink making facilities and bottled mineral water.

Most of the rooms have a bath and a shower, but a few have just one or the other. If you have a requirement/preference, please call Reception before you arrive and we will do our best to help you.

Accessibility:

Disabled facilities are available at Barnett Hill - please telephone Reception before you arrive to ensure we allocate a suitable bedroom. If you are coming as part of a conference, please ensure your organiser is aware of your needs.

Our bar is open to guests from 12:00 - 14:00 and from 17:30 - 0:00 

Breakfast...

...is served from 07:00 (Full English from 07:30) until 09:00 in a buffet style in the Dining Room. If you need to leave us especially early, please ask if you would like a breakfast tray (continental only) prepared.

Lunch

An extensive hot and cold buffet (with healthy and vegetarian options) is served from 12:30 -14:00 in the Dining Room.

Dinner

Please check with your course organiser. A Lounge Menu is available from 18:00. 

Leisure (see ‘Leisure Facilities’)

At Barnett Hill we have a Gymnasium and Sauna, as well as a games room and extensive gardens to enjoy.

Miscellaneous

Smoking

• Our bedrooms are non-smoking, as is every public area inside the venue. There is a sheltered designated smoking area outside.

First Aid

• A qualified first-aider is always on-site.

Security

• While you are at Barnett Hill you will be required to wear a visitor's badge, and you will be questioned if it is not visible. Our countryside location and the fact that we are not open to the public means security risks are low, but we remain vigilant nonetheless.
