The original owners of Barnett Hill, the Cook family, bought the estate in 1905 when it was just a wooded hilltop. Ten decades later, Barnett Hill was bought by Sundial Group, after having leased the property for seven years prior to 2005.

Today, Barnett Hill boasts the perfect location for country house meetings. The beautiful Queen Anne-style house is nestled within the idyllically peaceful countryside of Surrey.

Travelling up the drive as you approach the country house gives you a chance to experience a small taster of the stunning 26 acre landscaped gardens within which Barnett Hill is situated.

Half of the 54 individually decorated en-suite bedrooms are contained within the house itself, while the remaining 27 are housed in the converted stable block, which lies adjacent to the house. Every bed at the property has been hand-made by a top English supplier.

The beautifully traditional dining rooms inside this country house are perfect for private dining or for parties as they have the adaptability to suitably seat between two and seventy people. Social areas such as the bar, lounge, games room, fitness suite and spa room are also within the main house.

The 15 meeting rooms inside this fantastic country house have each been empathetically updated to incorporate the highest standard of facilities.
