Sundial Group’s Support for National Vegetarian Week

Sundial Group, across their three residential conference centres, marked National Vegetarian Week which commenced on Monday 18th May. Barnett Hill in Surrey, Highgate House in Creaton and Woodside in Kenilworth each launched an all vegetarian table d'hôte menu to run alongside their customary award-winning evening menus.

National Vegetarian Week is the annual awareness-raising campaign promoting inspirational vegetarian food. Organised by the Vegetarian Society since 1992, the week is now an established event. Sundial's involvement in this event promoted their commitment to inclusive catering; they believe that guests with special dietary requirements should not need to face anxiety over lack of choice when attending events at a Sundial centre.

Jerry Toth, Sundial's executive chef commented on the decision to support the week, ‘Each of our kitchens is accredited by the Vegetarian Society so we were very keen to join in the activities connected to National Vegetarian Week. However, our commitment to inclusive catering is not limited to providing exciting choices for vegetarians. In fact with a little notice, we will happily cater for any dietary requirement and offer top class cuisine to suit all of our guests.'
