Lucy and the teamscapes team went over and above to make our day special. The atmosphere on the day was 'magic.' Teamscapes fulfilled our brief perfectly and enabled us to kick start the day feeling positive and ready to make change in order to help us become an even better organisation. As a small charity helping the lives of others, it is vital that staff themselves feel a sense of worth and belonging. Teamscapes helped us realise our strengths and how we can develop these to achieve our goals, both on a personal and professional level. It was a fanatstic day and I would highly recommended the programme to any organisation looking to strengthen their values and get everyone working together to achieve a shared vision.

I (Iain) work as an associate with Laing O'Rourke delivering a 4 module, 11 contact day programme branded Supervisors for 2020.

The culmination is a two day event at Highgate and it is an absolute pleasure to be able to expose them to the levels of service, genuine pleasantness, and obvious passion for detail that continues to elicit wows and similar comments from our delegates (over 100 so far, 400 to come).

What is so special is that we share and encourage a range of behavioral change opportunities that would enhance their supervisory effectiveness during the 11 days and these are so obviously enshrined and displayed by every last person we come into contact with whilst at Highgate (Sundial Group). This in itself is an absolute credit to everyone there, and also actively demonstrates the impact of not just recognizing and talking about these values , but also living and displaying them at every opportunity.

Your people are clearly very special and care immensely about all aspects of their roles and jobs, not at all dissimilar requirements of a construction site supervisor, just a different environment. Please pass on my own personal thanks to your colleagues in acknowledgement of their efforts that go so far to make every event we have at Highgate special, memorable and reflect the core values, behaviours and beliefs that we encourage within the program.
