"Though my feedback said 'met expectations' this is misleading because these expectations are very high because of past experiences at Highgate House. There is a sense of "team" and everybody ....catering, gardeners, reception all being a part of a team ethic. Little touches like offering to carry over materials to the room are appreciated. Also a "Good morning" and a smile go a long way so well done!"

"We held our event at Highgate House in March 2017. During the stay, Peter mentioned to the General Manager that in the room he was staying there was nowhere to put toiletries. By 5pm that same day when Peter returned to his room, a mirrored cabinet had been fitted. One of our members is diabetic - we mentioned it to Bruce, and diabetic sweets were on the table for our 2 day conference! The food is absolutely fantastic with the greatest selection for all dietary requirements. We can't get in next meeting in May, but coming back in July and beyond. I love, love, love it here - come... you won't be disappointed!"
